Hibs Lodge Planning Permission For Training Facility!

Hibs revealed today that they have lodged planning permission for the new state of the art, £3m training complex, on the outskirts of Edinburgh.

The proposed site is 36 acres, but Hibs have also taken up the option of an additional 21 acres, making it the biggest of it's kind in Scotland.

Hibs hope to have the complex up and running before pre-season training for the 2007/08 season.

The club has purchased to first 36 acres for £636,000 and it will cost £64,000 for the extra land.

It is understood, the planning permission will take upto 4 months to complete.

This can only help the club in the future.
