Hibs Still Interested In George Santos?????

Hibs boss Tony Mowbray, today revealed Hibs could still be tempted to move for 36-year-old centre half George Santos.

Hibs were linked with the hardman centre half, until they recently signed Shelton Martis from Darlington.

Santos was on trial with Hibs for two days, but Tony Mowbray and assistant Mark Venus both played with him at Ipswich Town and know what he is capable of.

Mogga said:

"George Santos was training with us last week so we could get a look at him but he's away now, whether we do something depends on quite a few different things, but bringing in Shelton isn't one of them. The two things aren't connected."

Although it's been revealed that
Santos is on trial with Brighton, it seems Mowbray could still be interested.

Santos has had spells at Tranmere, West Brom, Sheffield United, Grimsby, Ipswich & QPR.
