22 year old six foot one Nottingham Forest midfielder Matt Thornhill is set to sign for the Hibees subject to a medical this weekend.
Matt who was up at the Hibees training facilities at East Mains for an assessment last week has agreed to sign on for the Hibees on a free from Nottingham Forest. Thornhill was out on loan to Brighton and Cheltenham and has featured just the once for Billy Davies in the Red of Forest.
Colin Calderwood already knows Thornhill from his time as Forest manager giving Thornhill his Debut back in 2007 at the City ground and it's certain, subject to the medical, that they will once again be teamed up.
