New DVD...Season 2004/05 Out on Thursday 23/06/05

We’re on our way...

TONY MOWBRAY’s 1st SEASON AT HIBERNIAN

None of the major trophies won but we had good runs in both Cups, compared to usual, and we came top of the Scottish Premier League, well okay then third, but do rangers and celtic class as Scottish clubs? Certainly not going by the number of ROI Tri-colours and englands St. George crosses that are to be seen at both these clubs grounds.

Seriously when Mogga first stepped into the management hot seat he said what he wanted to achieve and he’s done that…and then some.

Next season will be a teller, in that we have to maintain the improvement on and off the pitch at Easter road that we have seen and enjoyed this season past.

Now that Tony‘s first season in management is over though, Hibs have succumbed to fan pressure (yahooo) and have brought out a DVD covering this virgin season for big Tony..and Mark Venus, who does a lot of the work that us fans don’t get to see BTW but doesn’t get enough praise for it, IMHO (In My Humble Opinion).

When Tony Mowbray and Mark Venus were announced as the new management team I think the majority of the Hibs support, and further afield, were heard to mumble from their mouths, the sounds of, “HUH! WTF “ or “What’s he gonna do for us?!?!?!” or something very similar.

Now that the first season is over, we all know what he CAN, and DID, do for us and it has been preserved on DVD, compressed down to a watchable 60 minutes.
