Ghana v South Korea will be played at the Leith San Siro and organisers are hoping for a big crowd at the game.
It's expected Ghana's Chelsea superstar Michael Essien will play at Easter Road.
The two sides wanted to play a friendly in Scotland, but where struggling to find a venue, until Hibs stepped in.
Ex-Rangers manager Dick Advocaat is now in charge of South Korea for what should be an interesting match.
South Korea have Togo, France and Switzerland in their group at the World Cup.
