Hibs have today announced that midfielder Josh Campbell has left the club.
Campbell has joined St Johnstone on loan until the end of the season, and it may mean the end of his Hibs career as he is out-of-contract next summer.
The 26-year-old came through the Hibees youth academy and has played 184 times, and has scored 23 goals and added 20 assists in the green and white.
Speaking to the official club website, Hibs boss David Gray said:
“I would like to wish Josh the very best with this loan move.
“I have known Josh for a very long time and watched him grow up and develop as a player over the years. During that time he has scored some big goals for us and provided some big moments over the years.
“Ultimately, he expressed his desire to go and seek more game time elsewhere, and this is an opportunity for him to go and do that.”

Josh has done well since making his breakthrough, and when in-form is a danger going forward.
He has found himself falling down the pecking order behind the likes of McGrath, Wright and Elding, and this move gets him game time.
