Hibs Women secured a second signing yesterday, off the back of signing Newcastle United midfielder Jasmine McQuade on loan.
Hibs Women boss Joelle Murray moved qucikly to land Manchester City keeper Eve Annets on a loan until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old English stopper will provide competition for Ariana Anastasiadis and young Rowena Armitage.
Annets has previously had spells with Reading, Crystal Palace and Portsmouth.
Speaking to the official club website, Joelle Murray said:
“Eve is a really exciting goalkeeper and someone we’re delighted to have brought in. She has some excellent qualities in her game - she’s composed, brave, physical and has really good reflexes.
“She’s also coming from a top-class environment at Manchester City, where she’s been training day to day with some of the best players in the game. That experience is invaluable, and we’re looking forward to helping her continue her development here at Hibs.
“We know she’ll bring competition, energy and quality to the group, and we’re really pleased to have her with us.”
