According to reports in today's press, Hibs are on the verge of signing former Celtic striker Georgios Samaras.
The 31-year-olf currently plays for Rayo OKC in the United States, but a picture of the player, apparently at a Scottish airport, has appeared online.
Apparently the Greek international will sign for the Hibees on an initial six month contract, with the possibility of a longer deal, should the move prove a success.
The Hibees have already signed Chris Humprhey on a six month deal, and landed Kris Commons from Celtic on an initial four week loan deal, as the January transfer window opens.
