Hibs striker Steven Fletcher has withdrawn from the Scotland squad to face Argentina tomorrow night at Hampden Park.

The 21-year-old Hibees striker has pulled out of the squad for the Friendly game with the South American superstars due to an ankle injury.

Fletcher picked up the injury during the Hibees 2-1 loss to Inverness Caledonian Thistle at Easter Road last week, which caused him to miss the following midweek game with Dundee Utd at Tannadice.

He made a scoring comeback at the weekend, scoring an injury time equaliser against Aberdeen at the weekend, which was his 5th of the season, with the last kick of the ball, but tweaked the ankle injury again.

Aberdeen's Lee Miller has been called up in Fletcher's place.
