Hibs striker Steven Fletcher has been called up to George Burley's first squad as
The 20-year-old hitman has smashed 14 goals for the Hibees already this season and is on course to break the 20 barrier before the SPL season finishes.
Fletcher is already capped at U17, U19, U21 and "B" level for
Hibees boss Mixu Paatelainen was delighted with the news and hailed his on form striker, he said:
"I am really delighted for him, it is a nice boost and it is one that I think he deserves because he has worked hard this season and done well for us.
He will be determined to take this opportunity with both hands and he has a lot of qualities to his game. He will always score goals. He is a great finisher and is always looking to get himself into space.
"He reads the game well, he is always hungry for goals, makes good runs and is a great team player as well."
