MK Dons boss Paul Ince enters the frame for vacant Hibs managerial post!

Last updated : 01 January 2008 By Steve Forbes

MK Dons manager Paul Ince is the latest name to be linked to the vacant managerial post at Easter Road.

The former
England internationalist has been linked, in some areas of the press, with a possible move to the SPL to take over the post left vacant by the departure of Hibs manager John Collins.

Ince currently has the MK Dons riding high at the top of the table in League 1 but could be tempted with the step up to the SPL.

The 41-year-old joins a lengthy list of candidates linked to the manager's hot seat at Easter Road.

John Hughes, Alan Shearer, Colin Calderwood, Gary McAllister, Mixu Paatelainen, Stuart Baxter, Craig Brewster, Mark McGhee, Billy Davies, Tommy Craig and now Ince are just some of the names being linked with a move to Edinburgh.

It is expected that Hibs will name their new boss in the next seven days.
