Hibs will face Partick Thistle or Livingston in the Quarter Final of the 2008 Scottish Cup, IF they can dump Rangers out of the competition in the replay.

The Hibees had Rangers on the ropes for long periods of today's scintillating 0-0 draw at Easter Road and will take a bit of confidence to Ibrox for the return.

7,500 Hibees go nuts after 0-3 win at Ibrox in Scottish Cup!

The last time the Hibees travelled to Ibrox on Scottish Cup duty in 2006, they had the backing of a 7,500 fanatical Hibees army and went on to smash the
Glasgow side 3-0, with goals from Garry O'Connor, Ivan Sproule and Chris Killen.

Livingston and Partick Thistle also played out a 0-0 draw at Almondvale yesterday and both sides now have the added incentive of a prospective clash with an SPL side as well as the obvious financial gain for whoever wins the tie between the two lower league sides.

The full Quarter Final draw is as follows:

Queen of the South v Motherwell or Dundee
Ross County or St Johnstone v St Mirren or Dundee Utd
Hibernian or Rangers v Livingston or Partick Thistle
Aberdeen v Celtic

Matches to be played on weekend of March 8-9, but due to the fixture chaos currently gripping Scottish football, I wouldn't bet on it!!
